I understand that anything discussed within the group or disclosed regarding another member, volunteer, member of staff, client, or about the organisation, must not be shared outside the organisation. If a safeguarding issue arises, this should be discussed with the Artistic Director, who will address the matter with the adult team in accordance with policy and take appropriate action.

All young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to all mascot assignments.
All young people will need assistance from a parent or guardian when changing in and out of the mascot costume.
Parents or guardians are not permitted to accompany the young person into the client’s venue or house unless they have undergone a full DBS check.
Young people assigned to an event must not cancel under any circumstances, as this could let down the child or client. In cases where cancellation is unavoidable due to illness, it is the member’s responsibility to arrange a swap with another young person.
For events volunteering, young people under 16 may be dropped off and collected. If there are insufficient adults present, the parent or guardian will need to stay.
All young people must comply with health and safety regulations, safeguarding measures, and any organisational policies in place.
